This is a full-time Training and Support Coordinator role based in a great Eastern Suburbs location.

We exist to provide people with disabilities with meaningful work in an enabling environment that supports our participants to achieve their full potential, whilst contributing excellent service and value to our commercial customers.
Most people who choose to access Nadrasca’s services use the funding made available to them as participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The NDIS is enabling Nadrasca to provide more flexible and individualized supports and opportunities.
Our Service Delivery Framework establishes new directions and priorities for our services. We are achieving this by designing and delivering new supports, and reshaping our existing learning and capacity building, employment, and supported independent living opportunities to further promote people’s independence, and social and economic inclusion. The Position
With key responsibility for employee Training & Support, wage assessment & funding, administration, and service development, you will:
- Ensure that procedures and practices are developed, implemented, and supported in the delivery of effective services to supported employees and external customers.
- Provide training and supervision to supported employees who work across Industry.
- Positively promote the organization, both internally and externally.
- Live the values of the organization.
- Play a key role in helping projects to roll out on time and within budget.
- Make well informed, properly considered, and timely decisions & recommendations.
About you
You are a people person and team player with a passion for doing better, and an ambition to make a real difference.
You will have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent qualification which has demonstrated competencies in assessment and training or personnel support.
- Certificate IV in Disability.
- Non-qualified personnel may be considered where demonstrated experience would indicate current competency for the role.
- Demonstrated experience in a training, supervisory or support role.
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
- Strong inter-personnel and leadership skills.
- Computer skills in Windows applications.
- Experience in or exposure to the disability industry would be an advantage.
