We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with a background in the Tyre industry to fill the role of Tyre and Automotive Manager within our Organisation.

About the Opportunity
We are in search of an individual with a robust background in the Tyre industry, characterised by a customer-centric approach, friendliness, and reliability. The position comes with the added benefit of a company vehicle.
Working hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturdays, with rostered Saturdays off.
In this role, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Handling incoming calls efficiently with a focus on professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating and managing job assignments with attention to detail.
- Engaging in sales activities with the aim of providing the best solution and services to our clientele.
- Initiating and overseeing stock orders to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Offering expert advice to customers with a commitment to delivering information in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
- Safely and responsibly operating company and customer vehicles.
- Providing assistance and responding to customer inquiries related to sales, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Effectively communicating mechanical or servicing requirements to customer.
- Upholding the highest standards of customer service throughout all interactions.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced problem-solving abilities and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with Costar is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
About You
To be eligible for this role, the ideal candidate should contribute positively to our workplace culture and preferably possess experience in either of the following automotive sectors.
Tyre / Mechanical
The mindset approach is hands on in all facets of the role with expectations to encourage and lead those around you.
You will have great people skills, strong retail and sales experience and leadership qualities. The successful candidate has strong organisational skills not only for themselves but be able to enhance the team around them.
You will be a mature, proactive, career-minded person with great people skills and customer focus. Your success in the role will be the direct result of your attention to detail, can-do attitude with the adaptability and flexibility to adjust your schedule and workload based on competing demands of a retail environment to meet key KPI's requirements.
You will understand and value the importance of a customer and be able to deliver on customer expectations.
Please note: You must hold a current, unrestricted Manual Australian Driver's Licence
