Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies and plans for our underground top hole consumables division.
• Market Insight: Keep up to date with market dynamics through continuous product segment market analysis.
• Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to align our products with their evolving needs.
• Business Development: Drive initiatives to increase our customer base.
• Product Trials and Tenders: Oversee on-site management of new product trials and coordinate new supply tenders.
• Travel: Undertake travel within Australia as necessary to ensure hands-on engagement.

Your Qualifications:

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of underground top hole consumables.
• Tech Skills: Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, with experience in MYOB Advanced being highly advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organisational Skills: Proven ability to stay organised and meet deadlines.
• Attitude: Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites at short notice.
• Safety Commitment: A strong commitment to safety.
• Possession of a current valid Australian driver’s licence.
