THE ROLE
Reporting to the NSW State Manager, this role is responsible for developing, establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers
This is an autonomous position and plays a key role in the long-term success of TS Global’s business.
- Expand business for revenue growth and improve our market position
- Provide support for our clients, to maintain and improve the clients spend
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Be the main point of contact for TS Global’s select key customer’s
- Implement and execute strong collaborative business plans with key customers
- Ensuring the scope of work is being performed according to the service level agreement requirements
- Negotiating sales contracts and preparing customer quotations to maximise all sales opportunities
- Liaise with Area Managers for the site requirements and performance
- Contribute directly to TS Global’s growth targets for NSW
REQUIREMENTS
- Have proven sales experience
- Relevant engineering qualifications, desirable
- Experience with underground conveyor drives including jibs, boot ends and general mining equipment, highly desirable
- Strong business acumen
- Mechanical aptitude, highly regarded
- Experienced in delivering client focused solutions to customers’ needs
- Have drive and ability to contribute to the growth of TS Global’s business
- Exceptional customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to relate and listen effectively
- High level of time management and organisational skills
- Positive, proactive, professional attitude
- High level of computer skills
- Current driver’s licence
