Job Description:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers while actively promoting our range of products. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth by effectively communicating product features and benefits to potential customers. This position involves frequent travel to visit existing customers at their residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to promote our products to existing customers.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations.
- Conduct in-person sales visits to clients' locations to present product offerings and address customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Provide regular feedback to the product development and marketing teams on customer preferences and market demands.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications:
- Field sales expertise, preferably in a related industry.
- Previous experience in energy upgrades is highly appreciated.
- Good at communicating and actively listening.
- Willing to travel extensively to customer locations.
- Positive and resilient attitude in handling sales challenges and rejection.
Requirements:
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
