The Role
Harbourside Village is currently seeking 2x Village Support Officers (Part-time and Casual) for our retirement village located in Mindarie.
Duties will include responding to resident enquiries, general administrative duties, food services, general domestic cleaning and housekeeping of community centre and apartments, assisting with our village events, responding to call outs, undertaking first aid and initiating emergency services where required.
Part-time Shift
Minimum 3 shifts per week
Evening shifts (5pm-9pm), overnight sleepover (passive), Morning shifts (6am - 8am)
Additional assistance required for leave coverage
Casual Shift:
Approx. 4 shifts a fortnight.
Evening shifts (5pm-9pm), overnight sleepover (passive), Morning shifts (6am - 8am)

About you:
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, committed, dependable and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. A professional and positive approach is required at all times to ensure that all residents' needs are met. A background in either hospitality, healthcare or customer service would be advantageous, as well as having the following:
A current Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
The ability to make critical decisions and remain calm under pressure
Be motivated and able to take initiative
Basic computer skills

Please note: The successful applicant must complete a Police Check, will be required to receive an annual flu vaccination between the months of April-October.
