Your new company
Based in Melbourne's CBD, this government organisation is seeking a VPS4 People Partner to provide temporary relief managing generalist HR activities, including answering queries, interpreting policy, employment variations and managing workforce data for 6 months.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualifications in Human Resources Management and/ or similar discipline
- Demonstrated experience working across a variety of generalist HR activities, including policy interpretation, employment variations, workforce data and other people related queries
- Proven track-record operating at a HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor level is critical
- Previous experience within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) is essential
