Project management
- Elaborate the annual commercial plan by developing, reviewing and negotiating the different contracts related to the projects for each WIND FARM.
- Negotiate the contracts solving all the problems until the contracts are signed.
- Control the budgets of the different contracts.
- To set the annual sales objectives and commercial strategy for each subsidiary, defining the customers and turnover objectives for each business line working with project managers and property representatives.
- Analyze the commercial KPIs for decision making and the achievement of the established objectives.
- Research and develop new business opportunities on an annual basis.
- Analyze the resources and tools of the area for the incorporation of new resources in case of need. Preparing and reviewing reports describing all activities of the organization. Preparing weekly reports for the CEO of the organization.
- Manage the client portfolio as needed.
- Establish and define annually the agenda of international commercial trips and attendance to the main fairs of the sector.
Other activities:
- Collaborate and coordinate with the head office in Spain all purchasing and logistics activities until the incorporation of the corresponding director.
- Support the Spanish head office in the recruitment of Australian personnel and application of labor policies.
- Assist the Spanish head office in setting up the administration, accounting and finance unit prior to the hiring of the corresponding director.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Academic background: University Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering and/or Economics + Specialized Master's Degree.
· Language (level): English and Spanish advanced level.
· Experience: 3 years of experience in similar position and 4 years of experience in the wind energy sector.
· DEMONSTRABLE portfolio of clients within the sector.
· ERP: Proficient in Odoo and Bizneo.
· Location: Melbourne.
