We are currently recruiting for an Ongoing Full-Time Workforce Rostering Officer to join our team in our office in Sunshine, Victoria.

Ongoing, Full time, Hourly Rate of $36.00 + Salary packaging and Superannuation
The role of the Workforce Rostering Officer is essential to the efficient and effective deployment of our staff. Working alongside the Victorian Workforce Rostering team, you will be responsible for managing the rostering templates for our different sites. You will have excellent organisational skills – ensuring shifts are filled in a timely manner whilst also ensuring minimum disruption to the service provided to our participants and maximum cost effectiveness to the organisation.
Bringing your previous experience coordinating rostering services, you will have a thorough understanding of the Industrial Relations obligations relating to rostering, and ensure that these are adhered to across our services. You will be a strong communicator, providing expert advice to operational leaders on the Industrial Relations obligations, as well as providing recommendations on the most efficient and cost-effective rostering models. You will bring to this role your high attention to detail and strong time management skills working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
What's essential?
- 1-2 years’ experience coordinating rostering services in a large multi-faceted organisation.
- Experience working in the disability services industry (preferred).
- Highly developed data input and analytical skills.
- Intermediate skills in utilising excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly developed software literacy skills.
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence (must be maintained).
- The ability to travel to provide support as required.
