Responsibilities:
- Set up and pack up meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, organised, and equipped with necessary materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, including cleaning coffee machines, dishwashers, and restocking supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
- Manage stationery stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring stationery closets are tidy and well-organized.
- Perform general errands and run around town duties as required.
- Interact with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
- No experience necessary.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Well-presented with a friendly demeanor.
- Ideal for university students or individuals returning to the workforce.
Schedule: 5 days per week, 5.5 hours per day (8am to 2.30pm). Job share candidates will be considered.
