CAREERS NETWORK INC are seeking a motivated person with excellent communication and administrative skills to join the Armidale office.
The position will involve working with stakeholders such as
- Business & Industry,
- Educational Sectors, Secondary schools
- Registered Training Organisations and
- Community Organisations
to create and maintain successful relationships for the success of quality work placements for students undertaking vocational learning.
To effectively achieve the objectives of the role you will need to possess the following attributes:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task within a team in an outcome focused environment
- Time management and self-disciplined when working independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders.
- High level computer literacy and administrative skills, including Microsoft office and database systems.
- Understanding of the Vocational Education and Training system
- Proven planning, organisational and reporting skills.
- Professional aptitude and high regard to privacy and confidentiality is a must.
Applicants will be required to have access to a comprehensively insured and well-maintained motor vehicle for work related use, be willing to travel, and must have.
- Minimum Class C Drivers Licence
- Current Working with Children Check
- Australian Federal Police Check
Employment is subject to performance, meeting Key Performance Indicators and the continuation of program funding.
A six-month probationary period applies to all positions.
