About your role
Our Workplace Coordinators are what makes Cbus’ member service, so unique. The role of the Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality, customer focused service to members, potential members, participating and potential employers, employer organisations and trade unions within their specific territory. This role delivers face to face information via meetings, seminars and education sessions on all aspects of superannuation and insurance provided by the Fund.
To be successful in this role you’ll a good understanding of the building and construction sector and the complexities of the sector that our members and employers deal with on a day-to-day basis. You have a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service to both members and employers as part of solving queries as they arise.
Personally, you’re a good team player who is able to communicate effectively to a broad range of stakeholders in our corporate office and out on a worksite. You’re able to show high levels of empathy when dealing with members and their families during difficult circumstances.
