Your New Role:
Hub Australia is proudly working in ‘white label partnership’ with the Paul Ramsay Foundation (PRF). PRF is Australia’s largest philanthropic foundation, dedicated to the purpose of breaking the cycles of disadvantage and poverty.
In this role you will have the unique benefit of being supported by two innovative and nurturing organisations.

You will work with a number of 'For Purpose' organisations whilst maintaining an incredible space, conducting regular space checks at the Paul Ramsay Foundation, Yirranma Place. This role offers an exciting and unique opportunity and will be responsible for managing a variety of stakeholders; supporting events; operations; and facilities, while demonstrating your superior customer experience skills

About the role:
Responding to the needs of the community answering queries, addressing concerns, and troubleshooting across an array of issues as needed
Ensuring the spaces across the building are presented to the highest standard and making necessary adjustments from managing hazards to ordering office supplies.
Checking in daily with the Building Operations Manager and the FOH (Front of House) teams to understand and align on the priorities for the day.
Provide administrative and operational support to the FOH.
Ensure all suppliers, internal and external customers are invoiced on-time.
Work closely with Paul Ramsay Foundation (PRF), FOH, Operations and AV operations teams.
Manage meeting and event enquires in partnership with the FOH team.
Maintain events workflows and procedure documentation to ensure a transparent, smooth, and efficient process for external and internal stakeholders.
Following PRF standards, undertake post event follow-up to ensure customer expectations were met or exceeded, record any areas of concern and remedial actions put in place.
Coordinating community moving (in and out), including organising desk cabling, furniture adjustments and other ad hoc tasks as required

About You:
Creative with ideas on how to increase community and stakeholder engagement.
Outstanding interpersonal skills a strong communicator - both written and verbal
Solid track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Exceptional time management skills with an ability to juggle competing priorities whilst remaining solutions focused.
A common-sense approach to problem-solving, able to think on your feet and ‘out of the box’.
Attention to detail, enjoy sweating the small stuff that makes community experiences unique.
The ability to build strong internal and external relationships, work well in a team and independently.
Available to work Monday - Friday - (Working hours 10am - 6pm)
Ability to learn and adapt to multiple online systems across two organisations.
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience within customer focused environment (preferably in a related industry, not-for-profit, operations or office administration)
