About The Role
As a SRH Milk Haulage Workshop Operations Coordinator, you will play an integral role within our workshop team in the Poowong Depot.
You will report to the State Manager and National Maintenance Manager and will coordinate and support the efficient day-to-day running of our busy workshop. Communicating with our driving team, mechanics, and external providers with all facets of preventative maintenance and repair. The role will primarily entail:
- Supporting the Victorian State Manager and Transport allocators during the day to optimise workflow and minimise time off road.
- Scheduling and Coordinate bookings with external service partners and closely manage urgent requests.
- Take primary responsibility for the workshop administration, including:
- Maintaining onsite parts store and managing inventory.
- Control and receipt of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Review and enter work orders / job cards, checking for completeness and accuracy.
- Review of external provider invoicing
- Ensure daily documentation and records are completed and filed in a timely manner.
- A portion of time can be spent assisting external providers ‘on the tools’ to maintain skill set
- Overtime and on call roster will be required as part of role

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- A relevant trade or qualification - diesel/mechanical preferable
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.

- $85,000- $100,000 per year + superannuation + car (assessed on experience)
