SalaryAlani Experience specialises in providing exclusive and tailored experiences, offering luxury yacht charters on M/Y Alani, premium air charters, luxury accommodations, and impeccable services for weddings and Events.
The position is required to maintain all aspects of the vessel including presentation, as well as the management and coordination of any conferences and Events both based at our luxury yacht M/Y Alani and our Hamilton Island Private homes.
- Responsible for hosting and coordination of conferences, events and weddings on board MY ALANI;
- Promoting events onboard M/Y Alani directly with potential guests and via business contacts on-island;
- liaising with suppliers / sourcing equipment hire requirements (tables, chairs, decor, catering, beverages, AV equipment etc);
- Managing budget of event delivery and upselling packages to clients;
- management and registration of guests at events and on board vessel;
- Coordinator overseeing indoor and outdoor events (onboard vessel and on beach) ;
- Budget management, inventory management, provisioning yacht for all charters;
- Responsible for guest experience and safety, VIP guest service for owners and high value clients;
- Preparing luxury meals on charter catering for up to 35x guests on day charters;
- Communicating with clientele to assist with a smooth coordination of conference and Events and daily assistance of client relationship building through exceptional service and conduct;
- Arranging and coordinating conference signage, audio visual equipment, accommodation at our luxury holiday homes and on MY Alani as required;
- Ensure catering operations are carried out in compliance with all liquor licensing, food safety systems, and workplace health and safety requirements;
- Assisting with new business opportunities and maximise the best possible outcome for MY Alani’s marketability through service and conduct to promote conference and Events;
To be successful in this role you require at least 3 years work experience.
