The role will assist, coordinate, and maintain all official documentation including files, confidential documents, departmental papers, and appointment diaries. Provide high-level executive and administrative support, including managing schedules, arranging travel, and ensuring confidentiality. Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations, as well as oversee financial processes.

Organise meetings, workshops, and events, and follow up on action items. Manage records and correspondence flow efficiently. Maintain strong communication and relationships across public and private sectors, ensuring excellent customer service while representing the Branch.
