Role: Account Coordinator Location: Sydney

As an Account Coordinator in the Account Services team, you’ll have the chance to:
Client Service
Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for all MiQ clients.
Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless.
Work alongside an Account Manager to support on meetings, data requests & client entertainment where appropriate.
Develop knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ and our clients.
Campaign Management
Pre-campaign:
Facilitation of pre campaign documents.
Assist clients with creative specs
Manage creative tag trafficking.
Campaign activation:
Request and deliver screengrabs.
Ensure client reporting is setup.
Work alongside Account Managers to identify upweight opportunities.
End of campaign:
Assist with the delivery of post campaign reporting and insights.
Assist Account Manager with re-booking campaigns.
Administrative Support
CRM (Salesforce) - IO management
Updating internal tracking documents
Reconciliation of bookings where appropriate.
Support with investigation and resolution of invoice queries.
Updating client facing tracking documents.
Technical Support
Implementation and troubleshooting of tracking pixels.
Troubleshooting campaign issues with the support of the Account Manager
Product & Industry knowledge
Understanding of MiQ’s product suite including requirements for activation & USPs vs competitors.
Research into industry trends and the impact of these on MiQ, our clients as well as the wider digital landscape.
Insight delivery
Assist Account Management with data pulling and formatting
