Your purpose
This is an exciting and fast paced role for anyone who has a passion for entertainment, sport, film and TV. Our clients include the who's who of music, entertainment and sporting codes within the country and they expect nothing but the best from us. We have spent years focusing on understanding our customer's individual needs, as they are the core of our business and what we do. As a result, we don't just provide travel management services, we offer solutions.
To be successful in this rewarding role, you'll need to demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship building skills along with the ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively.
Based in Sydney, this role is responsible for managing, supporting and providing continued value to a nominated portfolio of our existing clients. This role reports to the Head of Account Management and will work collaboratively with the other members of our Account Management Team.
For us, account management is only one part of the equation, so when our clients question 'How does my Account Manager add real value to my business', we have the utmost confidence that the answer is easily demonstrated and tangible for all to see.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client business relationships at all levels (CEO, CFO)
- Develop and Implement Business Plans
- Driving value to our customer's travel program through innovation, expertise and recommendations
- Providing high level analytical recommendations that deliver savings and efficiency to the customer program
- Strong commercial business acumen
- Managing accurate and timely Client Review schedules & presentations;
- Ensuring retention and client satisfaction
Skills and Experience
- Must have existing strategic account management experience (minimum 2-5 years).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interaction with our customers and our team.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Entertainment industry including Music Touring, Film and Television Production and Sport.
- Proven negotiation and selling skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to identify new sales opportunities.
