Our client is seeing some great growth and is investing more into the business. They're seeking someone with a packaging background, preferably across flexible packaging to join and help continue to drive sales across Melbourne.
Working with some of Australia most iconic businesses you'll be the point of contact and provide technical solution to meet their needs. There'll also be an element of new business in this role. Our client operates with a lean team, meaning you'll work alongside and have access to senior leadership such as the GM's to support and develop you along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and work cross functionally with other divisions.
- Manage orders and quotations and liaise with the internal sales and customer service teams.
- Negotiate price agreements, and new opportunity contracts
- Record customer interactions and sales.
- Scope new business and build new relationships
- Re-engage with existing clientele list.
- Attend trade shows, seminars and training days to increase product knowledge.
What we need:
- Experience working across the Flexible Packaging space (preferable).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience and skilled in problem solving, communicating and presenting
- Demonstrate a track record of increasing sales and bringing on new business.
