Account Manager Role
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a company's relationships with its Bottling and Warehouse customers. The primary goal of the position is to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to our goal of customer satisfaction in the wine industry for a family owned and operated winery.
You will own a group of commercial accounts with wine makers and oversee the building of long-term relationships, knowing that your connection with them represents both you and the brand. Accountable to the customer for the full service and with the support and cooperation of a talented internal team across all business areas including production and procurement, to efficiently provide solutions to your satisfied customer base.
This role is for someone who takes pride in their day-to-day customer service, is detail focused and recognises their efforts contribute to a success for the team and company. You have an approachable character, with the ability to influence various stakeholders based on a goal of exceeding client’s expectations.
Account Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Management of the customer interface from the Bottling request up to and including the dispatch of the Customers finished products. Across multiple clients concurrently.
- Is the single point of contact for all Customer facing information including but not restricted to quoting and invoicing.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all of customer’s requests are met, including expected timelines.
- Delivering the best possible customer service with a view to growing and supporting long-term relationships.
- Problem-solving for customers in a way that ensures the relationship remains positive.
