Job description

New Business Development Manager / Account Manager to cover the NSW region. Machines Sales - mining / aggregate - mobile / tracked applications.

YOUR ROLE We are currently looking for a high performing and proven New Business Development Professional to further develop our market in NSW. You will report into the National Business Line Manager - Aggregate and Mining and be responsible for the development and successful execution of your sales strategy to further grow the market share for our materials handling systems, crushing and screening equipment across mobile and tracked applications.
This will see you identifying, developing and closing new opportunities as well as maximising revenue from current accounts. You will also develop and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders in Australia, Canada, USA and South Africa to maximise all resources available. This role will also see you developing relationships with and selling through contractors and direct to end user clients in the sector and continued development of solid routes to market.

As this role will see you liaising closely with your regional peers in Australia, South Africa and Canada, the ability to engage all stakeholders is essential at all levels of the business. To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes and experience:
  • Experience with Crushing, Screening and Materials Handling equipment with Aggflow understanding
  • Experience of the Aggregate and/or Mining Sectors
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Exposure to contracts and tenders process
  • Mechanical Engineer | Trade Fitter Qualifications advantageous
  • Proven track record of success in a commercial environment
