Accounting Receptionist

We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as a Client Services Officer at our Arana Hills accounting practice. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities: 

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Manage administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Previous experience in an accounting practice would be advantageous but not necessary.
