As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and emails
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Manage administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an accounting practice would be advantageous but not necessary.
