ACCOUNTS & ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT AUTOMOTIVE BODIES & ACCESSORIES – PART TIME
Cook’s Body Works is located in Moorabbin, Victoria and is an Australian owned business with over eighty years of experience in the manufacture and sales of custom automotive truck and utility bodies and accessories. Cook’s customers include a number of major fleet operators in the logistics, transport and service industries plus retail trade operators.
We have a position for a permanent part time Accounts & Administration Assistant to support our Managing Director & Office Team.
The position involves a variety of tasks associated with Accounts & Administration including but not limited to:
- General Accounts duties including data entry for payroll, accounts payable and purchase orders
- Assistance with preparation of Government returns and reports
- Document filing and organisation
- Assistance with the co-ordination of office duties
- Other tasks assigned by the Managing Director to assist with sales and production
To be successful for the position the applicant will be required to have:
- A positive approach to their work and the company’s products
- A friendly and professional attitude
- Good phone etiquette
- An attention to detail and awareness of customer and other co-workers needs
- Motivation to work on assigned tasks with minimum supervision
- Driver’s licence
- Computer literacy in basic commercial programs and ability to learn further skills
Cooks Body Works are willing to negotiate flexible working hours, pay and benefits for the right applicant, with a preference for 2-3 days a week.
