We are looking for a part time Administration Assistant to help with the daily operations of our dynamic business.
Administrative assistant
1. Invoicing of work dockets or labour dockets into our system.
2. Experience with a XERO is preferable but not a must have.
3. Filing items and working with other departments to co-ordinate admin.
4. Assisting with growing admin team in operations.
5. Part -time or casual considered to work in with your lifestyle.
6. 3 days minimum OR equivalent in work hours ie. 24 hours per week.
7. Could be more hours if desired.
8. Located in Western suburbs ( Altona North )
9. Positive , self-motivated , organised, orderly. flexible.
Renumeration - $ 25-$35 per hour base rate with advancements
