Job tasks and responsibilities

• Weekly payroll processing;
• Process accounts receivable; 
• Process accounts payable including supplier statement reconciliation and weekly batch payment runs;
• Bank reconciliations, credit cards reconciliation;
• Responsible for reimbursement of approved employee expenses;
• Support the Management Accountant in month-end closing, including posting manual journals to Xero, financial reports and preparing annual budget;
• Attending to financial queries from vendors and work colleagues;
• Other duties as required.

Skills and experience

• 3 years + experience in similar finance role, or recently graduated with an accounting or related qualification;
• Xero experience preferred;
• Ability to work independently;
• High attention to detail;
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
