At Sensational Healing Allied Health, we provide children, young people, adults and their families with a variety of allied health services including occupational therapy, speech pathology, mental health services and therapy assistance. Our core client base includes children, young people and adults with who live with neurodiversity or disability as well as adults seeking mental health support.
About the Role:
Sensational Healing Allied Health is seeking a suitably experienced and motivated Accounts Officer to join our team at Ripley Town Centre who is passionate about making a difference in lives of people with disabilities.
Your primary responsibilities include undertaking all invoicing and client billing, completing all financial aspects of NDIS service provision including lodging payments and creating service agreements, manage outstanding invoices and navigating invoicing queries and questions. You will work closely with the Client Care Team Leader and Business Manager to create and maintain smooth and efficient financial practices across the organisation.
The successful candidate will work very closely with the Client Care Team and all clinicians to help determine their clients service agreements needs. You will also develop close relationships with NDIS support coordinators and plan managers in the local community.
Demonstrable Essential Criteria
- Formal qualifications in accounts, bookkeeping, business or similar.
- Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Office365
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence and discipline in working autonomously
- Must have an eye for detail
Desirable Criteria
- Experience in working in NDIS billing space, such as plan management experience
- Experience using Cliniko practice management software
- Experience using PRODA
