Insurance Claim Rentals is looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our team based at our brand new office located in Holden Hill.
Working in a dynamic team, you will assist with the end to end accounts function across all aspects of our business. We are looking for a pro-active, efficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
In this role, you will focus on:
- Prepare and process all invoices for the business, ensuring compliance within the relevant guidelines;
- Payment of supplier invoices;
- Complete end of month procedures;
- Daily banking reconciliation;
- Maintain AR files, records and procedures;
- Identify, investigate and appropriately escalate concerns and priority issues;
- Ability to manage and recover outstanding debts;
- Manage refunds/bonds from clients;
- Reconciliation of debtor accounts.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- High level experience in the use of Xero
- Ability to prioritise, with excellent time management skills
- Energetic, with a positive attitude
- Sound computer skills in Microsoft applications
