Multinail Australia is looking to employ an experienced Accounts Officer based at our modern facilities in Stapylton. The successful applicant will be reporting to the Group Accountant. This will be a casual role, 5 hours per day Monday to Friday. 9:00 to 2:00pm - we are flexible on this.

- Bank Account reconciliations
- Credit Card Statements
- Data Processing
- Payroll
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Provide support to other finance team members
- Back up to reception
More about the position:
This role will be responsible for helping with the overflow of finance functions. Your organisation skills will be advantageous as this role will require you to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner with attention to detail. Good communication skills are essential as you will be one of the first points of contact with customers on a daily basis.
Key Selection Criteria:
This position is ideally suited to an individual who is a strong team player who will bring to the role a minimum of 3 years' accounts / payroll / administration and operations experience in a similar role in Manufacturing would be highly desirable. Experience using MYOB, Xero, Pronto will be advantageous.

- An analytical mind
- A thorough approach to all tasks with a strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Experience with a good understanding of Accounts Processes, MYOB, Ostendo and Xero would be beneficial however training is provided.
