We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented bookkeeper to support our financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using Xero.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings.
- General ad-hoc tasks revolving around administration & bookkeeping.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software is preferred but not essential.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- Flexible & adaptable.
