In light of our current expansion, we are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support our financial operations.
Key accountabilities include:
- Accurate and timely processing of high volume supplier bills.
- Accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
- Reconciliation and processing of Superannuation on a monthly basis.
- Preparation, lodgement and payment of monthly Payroll Tax returns.
- Reconciling bank statement and credit card transacions.
- General Ad hoc tasks revolving around administration and bookkeeping
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Tertiary qualified with undergraduate degree in accounting/commerce
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable, Accounts Assistant position or similar.
- High level verbal and written communication skills.
- System experience – Jobpac (Preferable)
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised.
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a ‘can do’ attitude.
