Accounts Payable And Payroll Officer

In light of our current expansion, we are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support our financial operations.

Key accountabilities include:

• Accurate and timely processing of high volume supplier bills.
• Accurate and timely processing of weekly and monthly payroll.
• Reconciliation and processing of Superannuation on a monthly basis.
• Preparation, lodgement and payment of monthly Payroll Tax returns.
• Reconciling bank statement and credit card transacions.
• General Ad hoc tasks revolving around administration and bookkeeping 

To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Tertiary qualified with undergraduate degree in accounting/commerce 
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable, Accounts Assistant position or similar.
• High level verbal and written communication skills.
• System experience – Jobpac (Preferable)
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organised.
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and a ‘can do’ attitude.
