Accounts Payable Officer - 2 Days Per Week

 
The Company
 
Based on the fringe of the CBD, our client is a global iconic fashion / retail business. A genuine household name, they are extremely well respected within their field. With a positive and dynamic culture, they are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable officer, three days per week, on an ongoing temporary basis.
The Role
 
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager and working closely with the overseas Accounts Payable team, your key duties will include but will not be limited to:
 
- Manage any escalated Accounts Payable issues. 
- Identify and implement process improvements 
- Reconciliations  
- Handling Accounts Payable queries 
- Managing creditor relationships 
- Ad hoc tasks as required 
The Candidate 
With extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable, you will ideally have worked in a fast paced environment, within a highly regarded organisation. It is essential the successful candidate be experienced with SAP and/or SAP Business One. Ideally you will be able to start immediately, however, candidates with notice periods are still encouraged to apply. You will be deadline driven, be capable of building strong working relationships with your colleagues both domestically and overseas and will be capable of making a valuable contribution to the office culture.
