About the opportunity
Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Officer will provide financial and administrative support to the Autocare business ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our Accounts Payable processes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and execution of vendor payments including obtaining authorisations.
• Ensuring payments are being processed in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• The monitoring of accounts to ensure accounts are up to date and payments are made on time.

· Correspondence with suppliers and internal staff and attend to queries promptly and professionally.
· Accurately entering and uploading invoices into system for payment where required.
· Reconciliation of Accounts Payable transactions and supplier statement accounts.
About your experience
With solid experience working within an Accounts Payable function in a medium to large sized business you will be an effective communicator with strong computer literacy skills coupled with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail
Skills and experience will include:

• Exposure to major ERP systems, with any Oracle experience very highly regarded.
• Diploma in accounting, finance or administration or equivalent level of experience.
• Strong focus on Customer Service.
• Prov track record of accurately processing a high volume of invoices.
