About the role
- Management of Accounts Payable software
- Ensuring all invoices are accurately captured into the Accounts Payable system
- Ensuring all invoices are correctly coded to the cost centre
- Schedule pay runs and processing payments
- Filing and maintaining supplier records
- Checking and verifying invoices
- Perform reconciliations including supplier statement reconciliations
- Management of Early Payment Requests
- Verify and process employee expense claims and manage the approval and payment process
- Reconciliation of Credit cards
- Identify improvements to the Accounts Payable process
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical time management skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
