The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Officer / Bookkeeper to join our administration and property management team.
This is a permanent full-time role, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high standard of financial administration;
- Managing all aspects of Accounts Payable relating to the commercial property portfolio;
- Managing records and data processing through MYOB;
- Attending to month end accounting reconciliations and reporting;
- Following monthly checklists and procedures;
- Assisting with production and distribution of investor reports;
- Assisting with outgoings management including annual budgeting and reconciliation; and
- Providing general administration support and assistance to the team.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Strong communication skills;
- Desire to be part of a dedicated team;
- Ability to meet deadlines; and
- Experience with MYOB or similar accounting programs.
