The Opportunity:

This permanent full-time role is based at Essendon Fields, Victoria, with flexible work arrangements.
Reporting to the AP/AR Reporting & Analytics Manager and working within the Shared Services team, you will be in charge of the following tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Scheduling of supplier payments both domestic and Foreign.
Daily bank reconciliation and bank clearing.
Payment forecast.
Supplier credit card payments and queries.
Liaise with Treasury on cash forecasts.
Refund/Rebate payments.
Payroll clearings.
Investigate and resolve failed uploads and failed payments.
Reconciliations of the supplier finance payments.
Other Ad hoc duties as required.
What you will bring to the team:
Experience working in a fast-paced shared services team.
Intermediate to advance MS Excel skills.
The ability to think and work outside the box.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with all stakeholders.
Be a highly motivated, driven and organised individual who master’s the art of prioritising.
SAP experience will be beneficial.
