The College has a rare opportunity for a dynamic Accounts Payable Officer with a can-do attitude to join our robust Finance team which supports the operations of both our Wantirna South and Narre Warren South campuses.
The role
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to lead and coordinate the effective and efficient operations of the payable process to meet the demands of a dynamic and growing College.
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- End to End Accounts Payable Experience
- Great communication and negotiation skills with the capacity to build healthy, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and high-quality data entry skills
- Great work ethic and innovative
- Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to demonstrate initiative
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Solid analytical skills, with an ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis
- Strong computer skills, including MS office suite and previous experience with Synergetic would be highly regarded although not essential
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
