Core Talent are partnering with a leading business, to recruit for an Accounts Payable officer to join their friendly team. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely payment of vendors and suppliers.
Your responsibilities
- Perform the day-to-day processing of Accounts Payable transactions.
- Ensure all invoices received are PO compliant.
- Process invoices
- Checking ABN & bank details on invoices matches that of suppliers' accounts
- Complete credit applications
- Processing employee reimbursements.
- Process Visa statements and reconciliation
The ideal person for this role will have a good understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processing and strong IT skills, with experience of working with accounting systems.
