Australian Outdoor Living is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Accounts Support / Contract Administrator to join the SA based team at their Regency Park location to take up a permanent full-time position. Whilst experience in a similar role is highly desirable, full training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success!
About the role:
- Assist with accounts receivable and payable to ensure accurate daily banking and timely payments of invoices
- Prepare and handle all banking activities, including processing incoming monies, petty cash, and preparing deposits
- Enter and update all customer contracts and sales data
- Reconcile all creditor statements and debtor receipts
- Set up new suppliers in QuickBooks and process creditor invoices and payments
- Monitor accounts email and Assist Finance and Contracts Manager as required
About you:
- Diploma or Certificate qualifications in Business Administration or Accounting highly regarded
- Eager to learn and highly adaptable to a dynamic and fast paced workplace
- Experience in a similar position and with QuickBooks/Reckon accounting program OR willing to learn
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite Programs
- Reliable and punctual with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding organisation and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and an understanding of privacy and confidentiality requirements
- Positive attitude and an ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Effective at working both independently and in a team environment
