At Coles, our Distribution Centres play a key role moving products through our Supply Chain, to provide extraordinary in store shopping experiences for our customers.
We're looking for an exceptional Systems Support to join our brand-new Automated Distribution Centre!
This is an incredible opportunity to be involved in the commissioning of our second automated distribution centre which will use world-class technology to modernise our Supply Chain. Epic in scale and design, our new facility represents the future of logistics.
Located in Kemps Creek New South Wales, our new facility will deliver outstanding service level fulfilment to our stores. Critical to the site's success, are our people who'll enable seamless operational delivery.
As Systems Support, you'll provide support in the management of our brand-new automated DC's I.T. hardware and systems. You'll ensure full resolution of any I.T. issues in a timely manner to minimise impact on the day-to-day operations.
Primary duties include:
Develop automated operational reports and dashboards
Data Analysis to provide insights into the operations
Managing the setup, implementation, and maintenance of onsite IT hardware
Escalating P1 and P2 issues through to Helpdesk, and P1 notification through to management
Tracking I.T. assets and managing the asset life cycle for the ADC
Executing account creation requests across multiple applications
About you and your skills
Understanding of Supply Chain Systems, Hardware and processes including Warehouse and Labour Management systems
A strong customer service and administration background, ideally gained within a retail or distribution environment
Experience managing, implementing and troubleshooting IT software and hardware
The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment across all levels of the organisation
Experience in technical support for site developed programs and packaged applications
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong time management and organisational skills
The ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholder groups
A familiarity with working in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
SQL skills required
Experience with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerBi) and Microsoft Excel for data analytics highly advantageous
Knowledge and experience with Python, C#, .NET, PowerShell, XML, HTML, VBA
