This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting and vibrant business as a combined Admin Assistant/Front of House. The state-of-the-art offices are based in the heart of the CBD, and you'll be working with creative and dynamic professionals where no two days are the same.
You will be an excellent multi-tasker, with great written and verbal communication skills and have an ability to think on your feet in an ever-changing environment. Supporting an office of around 80 people (and reporting into our Office Manager), your days could involve coordinating meetings, greeting clients, ensuring the office stationery, and catering supplies are ordered, keeping everything efficient and orderly and providing an injection of culture into the office!
This is a permanent, full-time role. We need this person to have full working rights in Australia as we are unable to provide sponsorship for this position.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist and coordinate internal and external events
- Manage external relationships with vendors, suppliers and building management
- Ensure office runs efficiently and presents extremely well including being responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all common areas
- Meet and greet guests
- Manage front of house
- Be part of our Culture Club
- Book and manage domestic travel arrangements
- Manage stationary and catering orders
- Other administration support as required.
- Minimum of 1 year working in an office admin role
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
- Working within a Creative, Media or Advertising business will be highly regarded
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proactive attitude
- Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- A confident, capable, and resilient person with strong initiative and lateral thinking
