About the Role:
- Provide administration support to the State Manager and Housing Coordinators across a variety of tasks.
- Maintain and update databases.
- Extract reports in a timely manner.
- Accurate correspondence, documentation and presentations are prepared as requested.
- Conduct audits relative to both tenancy and property data.
- Data entry into financial systems, ensuring payments are made on time and reimbursement requests and invoices are checked and authorised.
- Transfer data from internal databases onto relevant reporting templates.
- Prior relevant Admin Support experience, knowledge and skills highly regarded.
- Must be comfortable to speak with clients.
- Prior experience with document preparation, use of spreadsheets, email, and web browser.
- Ability to prepare, check and edit documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- A current National Police Record Check is essential.
- Must be able to work onsite throughout each working week.
