Our dedicated team works together to deliver excellence in recruitment and nursing workforce management for The Royal Melbourne Hospital; including Centralised Recruitment for nursing, Nurse Resource Transition Pool, casual workforce, Allocations and supporting Royal Melbourne Hospital casual workforce in their Professional Development and wellbeing.
Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
- Provide Administration and Recruitment support to the Royal Melbourne Hospital Nursing Workforce Unit to ensure efficient operations.
- Foster collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain Intranet, Internet and candidate management systems to be current and contemporary
- Be adaptable and flexible to the departments changing and high velocity demands
