About us:

Worklinks Employment is a fresh and exciting arm of Worklinks QLD Ltd. As a newly established Group Training and Recruitment   organisation W.E is looking for our newest intake of professionals to link with our local businesses. Worklinks QLD Ltd  is a Not for Profit organisation with 25 years’ experience, operating youth programs throughout Moreton Bay, the broader Somerset Region and Brisbane North. In addition to our employment arm, we offer specialised training and pre-employment programs for young people and parents who are preparing to return to work.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations. From managing schedules to handling correspondence and providing essential support for various administrative tasks and departments.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Engaging with customers via phone calls and promptly responding to emails.
  • Scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing enquiries and calendars.
  • Invoicing clients and assisting in the preparation and follow-up of customer quotes and orders where necessary.
  • Providing administrative support to management.
  • Preparing and maintaining documents and reports.
  • Assisting with tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Offering general support to staff and visitors as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in administration and customer service.
  • An outgoing personality with confidence in customer interactions, both over the phone and in person.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organisational abilities coupled with high efficiency.
  • The ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
