The opportunity

An exciting opportunity is currently available for a confident, passionate and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our dynamic, growing team.

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day business operations, where you will utilise your well-honed organisation, time management and proactive business skills to help ensure the business keeps running smoothly and adapt to shifting priorities in an autonomous manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of providing excellent administration support
  • Prior experience & an understanding of the Building and Construction Industry (desirable, but not essential)
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail, with strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of the team
  • Proven problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Ability to shift priorities in line with business requirements
  • A growth mindset with a passion for ongoing learning
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
  • A positive mindset with future thinking ability

Responsibilities

  • General office administration
  • Service coordination/scheduling
  • Actively and accurately maintain policies and procedures
  • Database & systems maintenance, including client database, project management systems, and general business operating systems
  • Overall assistance with projects from inception to completion
  • Preparation and administration of numerous services including:
    • quotations
    • bookings
    • project management packs
