Administration Assistant

Baiada Poultry is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join their team. In this Administration role, you will be responsible for completing a range of administrative tasks, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive individual with strong communication and organisational skills.Key Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that all paperwork is completed accurately and on time
• Raise purchase orders
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and colleagues, responding to inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all administrative procedures are followed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience preferred
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
