Position: Administrative Assistant Location: West Perth, WA Hours: Permanent Part-Time or Casual (25 hours per week).

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Manage patient appointments, inquiries and scheduling with attention to detail and empathy.
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies and regulations.
- Assist in billing, invoicing and processing payments accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Uphold clinic protocols and operating procedures to guarantee a safe and conducive environment for patients and staff.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and procedures as the clinic evolves and grows.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration preferred, but not essential.
- Previous experience in the use of Halaxy practice management software is desirable.
- Previous experience in managing referrals to Specialists is preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable working with vulnerable patients and demonstrating sensitivity to their needs.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
- Flexible and adaptable to changes in a dynamic healthcare environment.
