About the Role
As a key member of the office, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team by assisting with various administrative tasks and providing general office assistance. Your contributions will contribute to the smooth functioning of our office operations and the successful completion of projects.
Duties
As an experienced Administrator, this role will focus on providing comprehensive support for the project team, including:
Performing data entry across multiple systems for project documentation.
Coordinate collation of data relating to periodic reporting obligations daily, weekly, monthly as required
Drafting and issuing responses to correspondence
Coordinating conference room bookings and managing diaries to support project scheduling.
Handling daily mail, email, and correspondence related to ongoing projects.
Booking travel arrangements in alignment with project requirements.
Managing stationary orders and maintaining an organised office environment.
Handling ad hoc administrative tasks to ensure the smooth progress of projects.
Skills & Experience
Demonstrates proactive initiative across all job responsibilities.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
