Due to recent growth MPDT are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team in our Miallo office.
We're looking for candidates who have a strong administration background, who can demonstrate initiative, think outside the square, and prioritise tasks in a busy office.
You will need excellent customer service skills and the confidence to communicate with our operations team and a diverse range of external stakeholders. The right candidate will ideally be comfortable with some business development and building customer relationships and have a keen interest in participating in the growth of the business.
The role includes strong office support functions, completing reports, formatting, and submitting tenders, system database updates, processing of invoices and other relevant paperwork.

- Experience in invoice reconciliation
- MS Office skills especially in excel
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
