IMS Administration Assistant:
Are you detail-oriented and dedicated to ensuring compliance and safety within the workplace? The IMS role plays a key role in supporting our client’s commitment to excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, including the management team and project teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to the People, Compliance & Safety Manager.
- Assist in scheduling internal audits and maintaining data management systems.
- Contribute to the creation of training resources and guides.
- Maintain client pre-qualification requirements and assist in investigations and root cause analysis.
- Ensure timely follow-up on observations and corrective actions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience within an administration role.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and cloud-based applications.
- Accurate keyboard and data entry skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
