This is a great opportunity for a customer focused person to join a well known and highly reputable accounting firm based in the heart of the city. Our client has a great reputation in the market and is one to work for!This newly created role will be to provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Practice Manager of this top-tier firm.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with top clients via email and phone
- Liaising with ATO and ASIC and other external government bodies
- Organizing meetings for the accountants and partners
- Chasing outstanding bills or debtors
- Database management
- Any other administrative tasks as necessary
The successful candidate will possess a committed, proactive and service oriented approach to work, demonstrating the following skills and experience:
- First class communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and cooperatively as required
- Professional presentation
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment (desirable)
- Switchboard and reception experience (desirable)
